Diana Torres is a government affairs and community relations professional skilled in communications, stakeholder engagement, and strategic outreach. With experience in both the public and private sectors, Diana has worked on high-profile political and public information campaigns that strengthen relationships between organizations, elected officials, and communities.
Diana has held key roles in both the public and private sectors. At the San Francisco 49ers, she led external engagement strategies and supported million-dollar independent expenditures. At Santa Clara Valley Water, she worked as a community outreach specialist, promoting advanced purified water and county-wide capital improvement projects. She also served as a representative in the California State Legislature for Senator Dave Cortese, collaborating with constituents, local leaders, and policymakers.
Diana earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from San Jose State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Affairs at the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley.
